ezBIDS is a web tool that converts neuroimaging data and metadata into the Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) standard — with no installation or programming required.
It handles both imaging and task-events data, offers semi-automated inference and guidance so datasets adhere to BIDS, and supports multiple data-management options including direct transfer to OpenNeuro.org or brainlife.io. It removes one of the most tedious, error-prone steps in the neuroimaging workflow, making standardized data far more accessible to labs.
